RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in auto, home, and life insurance sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure timely policy issuance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life/Health insurance licenses required.
- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in auto, home, and life insurance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
